Join a supportive, skills-based experience to help you feel more present and grounded.
Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and ease symptoms of anxiety and depression for many people. Most are drawn to it because they want to feel less overwhelmed, less reactive, and more connected to their lives—but aren’t sure how to actually begin or stay consistent on their own.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in your head, pulled into overthinking, or disconnected from the present moment, this workshop offers a structured and supportive way to begin (or reconnect with) a mindfulness practice. It’s designed for people who are curious about mindfulness but want guidance, consistency, and a sense of community.
Over six weekly 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn practical, accessible mindfulness skills grounded in evidence-based approaches. The workshop integrates guided meditation, breathwork, body awareness, and self-compassion in a way that’s approachable and relevant to everyday life. Each session builds on the last, giving you space to practice, reflect, and develop tools you can use in real moments of stress or overwhelm.
This isn’t about clearing your mind or getting it “right.” It’s about learning how to notice what’s happening with more awareness and respond in ways that feel more grounded and intentional.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a set of practices you can return to in your daily life, along with a stronger sense of presence, steadiness, and connection.
