6-Week Mindfulness Workshop
$425.00

Join a supportive, skills-based experience to help you feel more present and grounded.

Mindfulness has been shown to reduce stress, support emotional regulation, and ease symptoms of anxiety and depression for many people. Most are drawn to it because they want to feel less overwhelmed, less reactive, and more connected to their lives—but aren’t sure how to actually begin or stay consistent on their own.

If you’ve been feeling stuck in your head, pulled into overthinking, or disconnected from the present moment, this workshop offers a structured and supportive way to begin (or reconnect with) a mindfulness practice. It’s designed for people who are curious about mindfulness but want guidance, consistency, and a sense of community.

Over six weekly 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn practical, accessible mindfulness skills grounded in evidence-based approaches. The workshop integrates guided meditation, breathwork, body awareness, and self-compassion in a way that’s approachable and relevant to everyday life. Each session builds on the last, giving you space to practice, reflect, and develop tools you can use in real moments of stress or overwhelm.

This isn’t about clearing your mind or getting it “right.” It’s about learning how to notice what’s happening with more awareness and respond in ways that feel more grounded and intentional.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a set of practices you can return to in your daily life, along with a stronger sense of presence, steadiness, and connection.

Consultation for Businesses & Non-Profits

I provide consultation services for businesses looking to raise morale, strengthen team wellness, and offer additional mental health and wellness support to their employees. Whether you're seeking workshops, staff trainings, or ongoing organizational wellness strategies, I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to every engagement.

I also partner with non-profit organizations seeking clinical and trauma-informed support in grant writing, program development, and staff professional development. If your organization serves vulnerable populations, I can help you build programming that is clinically sound, sustainable, and rooted in best practices.

Clinical Supervision for AMFT & ACSW

I have over 5 years of experience providing clinical supervision to associates (AMFTs and ACSWs) who are earning hours towards licensure. I understand the unique challenges of this stage in your career — the self-doubt, the steep learning curve, and the desire to do right by your clients.

My supervision style is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), integrated with mindfulness-based approaches and a trauma-informed framework. I emphasize skill-building, clinical confidence, and reflective practice — helping you develop your own therapeutic voice while ensuring ethical, effective care. Whether you're working in community mental health, private practice, or a non-profit setting, I provide a supportive, collaborative space to grow.
